Medicare Patients

If you are a current Medicare Beneficiary, Medicare has certain qualification that must be met before they will cover a CPAP system, CPAP mask or accessories.  Therefore, the CPAP Store will need your assistance in gathering the following: documentation from your healthcare provider showing your signs and symptoms (office visit notes prior to sleep study), a copy of your sleep study and a signed CPAP prescription. If you own your CPAP system, we will need to know the date of purchase, what insurance company paid for it, make, model and serial number of your CPAP system. (Call us for assistance in locating the make, model and serial number if needed) Medicare will pay for rental charges on your CPAP, APAP, or BiPAP for a total of 13 months.  Please contact us for additional information or assistance at 866-921-CPAP (2727)
